Andrea is a recent graduate of the College of Communication at Boston University with a degree in news-editorial journalism. Prior to working at the Weekly, she worked out of the Massachusetts Statehouse covering statewide legislation for the Patriot Ledger, a community newspaper based in Quincy, Mass.
Originally from Los Angeles, she attended Taft High School in Woodland Hills. She has interned for CBS Studios, the Daniel Pearl Foundation, Hot English Magazine (Madrid), and most recently at L.A. Youth, a nonprofit newspaper written by high school students.
